Yes, all of Revive cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Currently, all of our services are provided in English. Our team is proficient in English, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience for all our clients.

No, you do not need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients prefer to leave a key with us or use a secure lockbox to give us access to the property. If you prefer, you can also stay home during the cleaning, but we’re happy to work around your schedule for convenience.

Yes! At Revive Cleaning, we prioritize the safety of your home and family. We offer eco-friendly cleaning products upon request, or we can use our professional-grade supplies to ensure the highest quality cleaning results.

The duration of your cleaning service depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning required. On average, a standard cleaning may take 2-3 hours, while a deep cleaning can take up to 6 hours or more.

A customizable, time-based cleaning service where you choose the areas and time for a targeted home clean. 

Note: This service is available for homes over 1,200 sq. ft. Smaller spaces? Check out our Premium or Deep Cleaning services.

Just like our other cleanings, use the pricing calculator on the Select & Shine tab of our website to choose your time block. It provides a rough checklist of areas or similar spaces that can typically be cleaned within the selected timeframe, helping you customize your service before booking.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with any part of our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will come back to re-clean the area at no extra charge.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash. Payments are due upon completion of the cleaning service.

While we do not offer professional carpet cleaning, we provide vacuuming services as part of our standard cleaning. If you require specific upholstery or carpet cleaning, we can recommend trusted partners for those services.

Yes, we offer both one-time cleaning services and regular recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). We can customize the frequency to meet your needs.

At Revive Cleaning, we hire trained, reliable professionals who are non-smokers, non-drinkers, and dedicated to staying focused on the task. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, efficient cleaning with no distractions, ensuring your home is spotless every time.

We generally do not clean:

• Hazardous Materials
• Deep Carpet Cleaning
• External Windows Beyond Reach
• Clean or Iron Clothes
• Clean Toys
• Clean the inside of Fireplaces
• Personal items
• Wash Dishes 
• Electronics: TVs, gaming systems, computers, and other delicate electronics beyond dusting.
• We also don't handle pet waste or extreme pet-related messes. 

If you would like us to clean any of these items, we can accommodate your request for an additional fee. Please let us know during booking, If you have specific requests, feel free to discuss them with us.

Yes, we are happy to sign an NDA if necessary to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. Our team also signs confidentiality agreements when joining Revive Cleaning, so you can trust us to respect your space and sensitive information.

However, we are happy to accommodate specific product requests if you have preferences or need particular products used in certain areas of your home.
